The foundation was established under the leadership of Mr. Ashok Kumar, S/O Hem Raj Sharma, and Ms. Parlee Gogoi, D/O Dilip Kumar Gogoi, who share a common vision of building a stronger and more compassionate society. Their commitment to social service and community welfare drives the organization’s efforts to create lasting impact in the lives of people who need support the most.
DUGGAR DESH SEVA FOUNDATION focuses on multiple areas of public welfare including healthcare, education, women empowerment, rural development, environmental sustainability, and charitable support. We work to promote preventive healthcare, health awareness, nutrition, sanitation, and access to safe drinking water for poor and underserved communities. We also support educational institutions, skill development programs, and learning opportunities for economically weaker sections, children, and differently-abled individuals.
Our organization strongly believes in promoting gender equality by empowering women, supporting orphan children, and providing care for senior citizens through old age homes and welfare programs. We are equally committed to protecting the environment by encouraging ecological balance, natural resource conservation, and preservation of national heritage, art, and culture.
In rural and underdeveloped areas, we work towards sustainable agricultural development, livelihood generation, and welfare support for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, minorities, and backward communities. Through charitable collaborations and grant support, we also extend assistance to institutions and organizations working for public welfare.
